This notice describes this corporate website. CareerClub is a separate application with its own information and account processes.
The enquiry form asks for an adult representative’s name, email address, enquiry category, optional organisation and message. It records your acknowledgement in the email sent to the enquiry team. Do not submit learner profiles, ID numbers, school marks, health information or documents.
We use enquiries to understand your request and respond. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Website and email providers process information needed to operate and deliver the service. Hosting, email provider arrangements and the applicable legal basis must be confirmed by the responsible party before public launch.
The website does not keep an enquiry database. Enquiries are delivered to the designated mailbox. Mailbox access and retention must be managed by authorised staff. Short-lived anti-spam controls store a keyed hash of the connecting IP address, not the raw IP, for up to one hour. Hosting access logs may still include technical information under the host’s policy. Staff must set and apply an approved mailbox retention period.
This contact form is for adults. We do not ask for learner information here. If children’s personal information is sent inadvertently, contact us to arrange appropriate handling. Learner accounts and information-sharing choices are managed on CareerClub, not this site.
Public browsing uses no optional analytics by default. WordPress administration uses necessary authentication cookies. If optional analytics is configured, it loads only after an explicit choice. Your analytics preference is stored in this browser. Rejecting analytics does not affect browsing or enquiries.
